…took me a long time to get around to it, there were a lot of reasons I was gone for the past year, and things just kept coming up… and then somehow having been gone so long also makes it harder to come back (guess that’s my depression and anxiety kicking in, but hey..) …but I finally got around to it and made myself do it already.
I’m sure there are plenty of new people around these days though, so for those that DON’T know me, I’m one of the founding harem mistresses and Zoe’s little sister Becca. I had a lot of stuff going on (mostly involving ongoing health problems) so I hadn’t been around for the past year, but I was a member for several years before that and was (am I still? I need to check my profile.. it might have changed since I’ve been gone for so long) a staff member on the site.
I just put a post up on my lj, so it’s up to date. …I just don’t feel like typing the same thing like 50 times as everyone asks me “how have you been!!!”, so I figured I’d update in one place and link people to it. if you have any other comments and/or questions though, feel free to post!
well… yes and no… I feel better than when I first left DA - because I’m not working anymore. trying to hold down a full time job was killing me - quite honestly I wasn’t actually healthy enough to but was doing it anyway (health insurance & money to pay bills was why - no way I can get along w/out health insurance atm, but I can still be on cobra for a long time so right now I’m not worried about the insurance part).. I also feel better because I’ve been doing physical therapy, and it helped w/ some of the muscular issues that had developed as a side effect of being in such serious pain for so long… but it’s not really helping enough, so I still feel crappy.
so I feel better than I did before, but not BETTER overall… if that makes sense…

I am actually surprised that I still managed to log in…haha
Only took me 2 tries to find the right password, I was imagining me trying 20 times and then being banned for life…lol
