Was thinking the samething, but as a child dbz used to rock since I put no emphasis on the story, another anime I disliked was Ai Yori Aoshi.

basically any of the “anime” my kids like to watch
I likes my anime a little more deep. Ya know with some substance. Somthing you can think back on later on during the day and think to yourself, “damn, thats what the hell they were talking about!” Deeper meaning and some philosophy.
Dont get me wrong I do like the mindless violence and sexuality some others provide, but for the most part I dig the “thinking mans” anime.
This one might not be as popular but, i hated .hack *Gasps!* I saw alot of my old high school classmates who were “in” to that series. the music was very nice but all in all, that crap was stupid stupid stupid! and i bought all 4 of the first game goddammit!!!

Death Note, im my mind it is way overhyped, watched maybe 8 epi’s to try and force myself, but no, it couldn’t hold me. I think I disliked it because of Light’s logic and sensibilities.

is probably KGNE ~ twas very.. very.. bad (for me)
and although suzumiya haruhi was heaps good, maybe it was a bit overrated (or i got my hopes too high up)
and also the pokemon, yu gi oh, digimon.. types
I could never get into Gundam, the only one that i was able to watch all the episodes was G-Gundam. Not sure if i could even go back and watch it now (or if i would want too).
Maybe its the whole “mech” genre? I’m trying to think of other anime i’ve seen that had mechs, but the only other one coming to mind is FMP (which i liked).
Bobobobobob can only be considered torture in my mind. I believe watching it kills brain cells.
